Required Information

• Event Date
• Quantity (number of envelopes, place cards, etc.) Please provide 10% extra envelopes.
• Color and style of lettering preferred.
• Please note: printer's ink and calligrapher's ink are different and an exact match may not be possible.
• Double (inner and outer) envelopes versus a single envelope.
• Lined versus unlined envelopes
• Anything unusual or nontraditional about the envelopes, etc.

Payment and Other Policies

• 50% deposit is required to secure a place on the production schedule and start your order. Once the work has begun, deposits are nonrefundable.
• Payment may be made via PayPal, credit cards or personal checks
• Funds must clear prior to production
• International clients may pay with PayPal, if available, or via wire or check in U.S. Funds
• A minimum $50 bank charge applies to ALL payments via wire transfer

Timeline

• 15 - 30 days time frame for out-of-state clients
• 5 – 15 days for local clients.
• All custom work is nonrefundable
• Foreign languages must be provided either in a typed format or in a photo format (.jpg or .gif).
• Handwritten copy will not be accepted.
